Beginning "Grande Débâcle," saying that owing to "ennuis éprouvés" Mlle Patti, discouraged and ill, has left for Paris with Ritter and others, that the third concert, postponed three times, did not take place, that fear, and therefore hoarseness, won out over reason, adding that he gives a concert the coming Monday at the Théâtre de la Zarzuela playing works by Wieniawski and Saint-Saëns, saying that at the last concert his personal success was complete, etc.
